Bu y\u00f6netmelikle birlikte, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ve k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem kiralama yapmak isteyen herkesin y\u00f6netmelikte yer alan gereklilikleri yerine getirmeleri zorunlu. Airbnb gibi uygulamalar \u00fczerinden kiralama yap\u0131yorsan\u0131z izin belgesine ba\u015fvurman\u0131z gerekiyor. Detaylar i\u00e7in ilgili sayfam\u0131za mutlaka g\u00f6z at\u0131n:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.konaak.com\/blog\/turizm-amacli-konut-kiralama-yonetmeligi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Turizm Ama\u00e7l\u0131 Konut Kiralama Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Yeni_Airbnb_Yasasi\"><\/span>Yeni Airbnb Yasas\u0131<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem kiral\u0131k evlerin stat\u00fcs\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik TBMM\u2019ye sundu\u011fu yasa tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n detaylar\u0131 belli oldu. Tasar\u0131n\u0131n yasala\u015fmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 ev sahiplerinin evlerini Airbnb T\u00fcrkiye platformundan kiralamak i\u00e7in Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan onayl\u0131 <strong>turizm konutu belgesi<\/strong> almas\u0131 gerekecek. Bu evlerde kiralama yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in ise turizm konutu belgesi al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Tasar\u0131ya g\u00f6re, bu belgeye sahip olmayan konutlarda k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem kiralama yap\u0131lamaz. Evi turizm konutu stat\u00fcs\u00fcne sahip olan ev sahipleri, kendileri veya T\u00fcrkiye Seyahat Acentalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi(T\u00dcRSAB) A grubu turizm belgesine \u015firketler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla evlerini k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem kiraya verebiliyor.
