Bu yasaya g\u00f6re konut dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihlali, a\u011f\u0131r bir su\u00e7 olarak ge\u00e7iyor. 6 ay-2 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda hapis cezas\u0131 uygulanabiliyor. Bu t\u00fcr ihlallerde, mutat olan yerler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan alanlara girilmesi s\u00f6z konusu olabilir. R\u0131zaya gerek duyulmaks\u0131z\u0131n girilmesi mutat olan yerler, ki\u015filerin \u00f6zel ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ihlal eder ve yasalara ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerek duyulmaks\u0131z\u0131n girilmesi mutat olan yerlerde, ihlaller genellikle girdikten sonra daha fazla rahats\u0131zl\u0131k yarat\u0131r.
