Hak sahibi bu hakk\u0131n\u0131 gayrimenkul \u00fczerinde kullan\u0131m ve yararlanma hakk\u0131 tan\u0131yan bir mahkeme karar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan kazan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu davalar genelde s\u00f6zle\u015fme yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n malik taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u015fartlar\u0131 yerine getirilmeyince a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Sigorta primleri de hak sahibine aittir. E\u011fer hak belirli bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in verilmi\u015fse, bu s\u00fcrenin sonunda hakk\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 sona erer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130ntifa Hakk\u0131 Sahibinin \u00d6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sahibinin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc durumunda, e\u011fer hakk\u0131 miras b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015fsa, hakk\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 sona erer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gayrimenkul\u00fcn Yok Olmas\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gayrimenkul\u00fcn do\u011fal afetler veya di\u011fer sebeplerle yok olmas\u0131 durumunda, intifa hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 sona erer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130ntifa Hakk\u0131n\u0131n Kullan\u0131lamaz Hale Gelmesi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ntifa hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hukuken veya fiilen imkans\u0131z hale gelmesi durumunda, hakk\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 sona erer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kamula\u015ft\u0131rma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ntifak bulunan ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n kamula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda bu hak sona erer. Kamula\u015ft\u0131rma i\u015flemi sona ererse hak sahibi hakk\u0131n\u0131 geri kazan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cebri \u0130cra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ntifa hakk\u0131 tesis edilmeden \u00f6nce ta\u015f\u0131nmaz rehni varsa ve cebri icra yolu ile sat\u0131l\u0131rsa bu hak sona erer.
