T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bu alana dair yasal d\u00fczenlemeler, &#8220;Kat M\u00fclkiyeti Kanunu&#8221; ile sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. Ana gayrimenkul\u00fcn ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin m\u00fclkiyetinin, bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmler \u00fczerinde kurulan kat m\u00fclkiyeti ile birlikte ayn\u0131 zamanda arsa pay\u0131 ve ortak yerlerdeki payl\u0131 m\u00fclkiyet pay\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7erdi\u011fi bu kanunla belirtilmi\u015ftir. Kat m\u00fclkiyeti, bireylerin kendi ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131na dair haklar\u0131n\u0131 ve ortak ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen kanundur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kanunun kapsam\u0131nda, apartman y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi gibi g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fant\u0131m\u0131zda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z konulardan, kat irtifak\u0131ndan kat m\u00fclkiyetine ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00fccreti gibi mali detaylara kadar bir\u00e7ok husus detayland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
