Peki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde ev sahiplerinin haklar\u0131 neler? Konuyu detayl\u0131ca inceledi\u011fimiz bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda ev sahipleri i\u00e7in kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kapsam\u0131nda bilinmesi gerekenleri ele al\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm nedir? Karar, tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri taraf\u0131ndan gayrimenkul sahiplerine tebligatla bildirilir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riskli bina y\u0131k\u0131m karar\u0131na herhangi bir itiraz olmamas\u0131 durumunda 60 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde y\u0131k\u0131m i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Bu durumda Bakanl\u0131k y\u0131k\u0131m masraflar\u0131n\u0131 tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bildirir. M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck, binadaki m\u00fclk sahiplerinin haklar\u0131 oran\u0131nda ipotek koyar ve bunu m\u00fclk sahiplerine bildirir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde ev sahiplerinin haklar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde<\/strong> <strong>devlet<\/strong> <strong>deste\u011fi var m\u0131?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131na karar verilmi\u015f binadaki m\u00fclk sahiplerine TOK\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f evler veriliyor. TOK\u0130 anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 tercih etmeyen ev sahipleri i\u00e7inse y\u0131k\u0131lan dairenin bedeli i\u00e7in nakit \u00f6deme yap\u0131labiliyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca y\u0131k\u0131m karar\u0131 sebebiyle tahliye edilen ev sahipleri i\u00e7in kredi deste\u011fi de bulunuyor. Bu destek devlet bankalar\u0131 ve \u00f6zel bankalardan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizli veya faizsiz olarak kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm konut kredisi \u015feklinde veriliyor.
