Bu har\u00e7, ta\u015f\u0131nmaz mal sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in zorunlu bir \u00f6demedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek amac\u0131yla, zaman zaman devlet taraf\u0131ndan indirim yap\u0131labilmektedir.
