Peki, Bor\u00e7lar Kanunu\u2019na g\u00f6re kirac\u0131 haklar\u0131 neler?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kirac\u0131lar\u0131n en \u00e7ok merak etti\u011fi sorular\u0131n yasa kapsam\u0131nda cevaplar\u0131n\u0131 bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda inceledik. \u0130\u015fte Kanun\u2019a g\u00f6re kirac\u0131 haklar\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenceleri!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kirac\u0131 haklar\u0131 konusunda her zaman alan\u0131nda uzmanlardan destek alman\u0131z gerekir. M\u00fclk sahipleri kirac\u0131lara evden \u00e7\u0131k diyor ise kirac\u0131 ne yapmal\u0131? Kanuna g\u00f6re belirli s\u00fcreli kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri, kira y\u0131l\u0131 dolmadan feshedilemez. Ayr\u0131ca ev sahibinin fesih bildirimine ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 gerekir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belirsiz s\u00fcreli kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleriyse en az 6 ayl\u0131k bildirim s\u00fcresi sonunda feshedilebilir. Buna g\u00f6re ev sahibinin kendisi, e\u015fi, bakmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc oldu\u011fu ki\u015fi, alt soyu ya da \u00fcst soyu i\u00e7in s\u00f6z konusu evin kullan\u0131m\u0131 gerekliyse ev sahibine kirac\u0131y\u0131 evden \u00e7\u0131karma hakk\u0131 tan\u0131n\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde ev sahibinin kendisi kirada oturuyorsa ancak kira geliri yeterli gelmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in kendi kiras\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demekte zorlan\u0131yorsa bu da ev sahibinin kirac\u0131y\u0131 evden \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131 i\u00e7in hakl\u0131 bir gerek\u00e7e say\u0131l\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Kira bedelinin \u00f6denmemesi de tahliye talebi i\u00e7in yeterli ve ge\u00e7erli bir sebeptir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayr\u0131ca m\u00fclk sahibi evini satarsa kirac\u0131y\u0131 tahliye etme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.
