Yani TEFE T\u00dcFE kira art\u0131\u015f\u0131 konusunda normal \u015fartlar\u0131 alt\u0131nda belirleyici metriktir. Bu kural, hem konut hem de i\u015f yeri kiralar\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak, 1 Haziran 2022 tarihli ve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.resmigazete.gov.tr\/eskiler\/2022\/06\/20220611.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">31863 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019<\/a>de ilan edilen 6098 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Bor\u00e7lar Kanunu\u2019nda yap\u0131lan Ge\u00e7ici Madde 1 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, kira art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde yeni bir d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kanunla, 11 Haziran 2022 ile 1 Temmuz 2023 tarihleri aras\u0131nda konut kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinde azami zam oran\u0131 %25 oldu.
