G\u00fcndemde&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.konaak.com\/blog\/yeni-airbnb-yasasi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">yeni Airbnb yasas\u0131<\/a>, 100 g\u00fcn alt\u0131 kiralama ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck kiralama yasas\u0131 terimleriyle de bilinen kanun, yeni \u00e7\u0131kan y\u00f6netmelik sayesinde daha da netle\u015fiyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konutlar\u0131n turizm ama\u00e7l\u0131 kiralanmas\u0131 faaliyetlerinin d\u00fczenlenmesine ili\u015fkin y\u00f6netmelik, T\u00fcm konut tiplerinde 100 g\u00fcn alt\u0131 kiralamak yapmak isteyen, sekt\u00f6rel terimiyle k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem ev kiralama yapmak isteyen herkesi ilgilendiriyor.
