Buna ek olarak Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, \u0130zmir gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerde 3.000 TL destek 4.500 TL&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca bu destek, ta\u015f\u0131nma masraflar\u0131ndan kira deste\u011fine kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fekillerde sa\u011flan\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece art\u0131k t\u00fcm m\u00fclk sahipleri bu kira yard\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 alabilirler.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kirac\u0131lar:<\/strong> Yap\u0131larda ikamet eden kirac\u0131lar da, evlerini kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm nedeniyle bo\u015faltmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011finde, kira yard\u0131m\u0131ndan yararlanma hakk\u0131na sahiptirler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 Ayni Hak Sahipleri:<\/strong> Bu gruptakiler, \u00fczerinde oturduklar\u0131 m\u00fclk \u00fczerinde tam m\u00fclkiyet haklar\u0131na sahip olmasalar bile, belirli haklar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde m\u00fclk\u00fc kullanma hakk\u0131na sahip olan ki\u015filerdir.
