T\u00dcRK-\u0130\u015e&#8217;in \u015eubat 2026 verilerine g\u00f6re:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00f6rt ki\u015filik bir ailenin sadece sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenebilmesi i\u00e7in yapmas\u0131 gereken mutfak harcamas\u0131 (a\u00e7l\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131) <strong>32.365 TL<\/strong>&#8216;ye y\u00fckseldi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u0131da, kira, elektrik, su, ula\u015f\u0131m ve e\u011fitim gibi t\u00fcm temel giderleri kapsayan yoksulluk s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 ise <strong>105.425 TL<\/strong> seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bek\u00e2r bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki ayl\u0131k ya\u015fama maliyeti ise ortalama <strong>41.900 TL<\/strong> olarak hesapland\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Mart ay\u0131 T\u00dc\u0130K enflasyon art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 %3,16<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nisan beklentisi ise en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck %2,8, en y\u00fcksek ise %3,8 art\u0131\u015f; ortalamas\u0131 %3,3.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K enflasyon art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tcmb.gov.tr\/wps\/wcm\/connect\/TR\/TCMB+TR\/Main+Menu\/Istatistikler\/Enflasyon+Verileri\/Tuketici+Fiyatlari\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">burada.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul, tarih, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve benzersiz ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 ile d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fiyi cezbediyor. Fakat burada ya\u015famak \u00e7ok da ucuz de\u011fil! 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla \u0130stanbul\u2019da ya\u015fama maliyetleri nas\u0131l \u015fekilleniyor? \u0130\u015fte bu b\u00fcy\u00fcleyici \u015fehre ta\u015f\u0131nmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve expat\u2019lar\u0131n bilmesi gerekenler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hemen Ta\u015f\u0131nmaya Haz\u0131r Evleri Konaak ile Ke\u015ffedin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stiklal Caddesi, Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y, Be\u015fikta\u015f ve \u0130stanbul\u2019un di\u011fer g\u00f6zde ve merkezi lokasyonlar\u0131nda e\u015fyal\u0131 ev mi bak\u0131yorsunuz? Burada ayr\u0131ca emlak\u00e7\u0131 bedeli, nakliye masraf\u0131 ve depozito gibi \u00f6demeleri de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekiyor. T\u00fcm etmenleri hesaba katt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u0130stanbul\u2019da ta\u015f\u0131nman\u0131n ortalama maliyeti 100 bin TL\u2019ye kadar \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Yeni e\u015fyalar almay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsan\u0131z, bu miktar \u00e7ok daha fazla olacak.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130stanbul\u2019un merkezi noktalar\u0131nda 1+1 kiral\u0131k daireler\u0131n ayl\u0131k ortalama kiras\u0131 16.000 ile 40.000 TL aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Daha uzak noktalarda ise 10.000 ile 25.000 TL aras\u0131nda ayl\u0131k oranlar bulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yine \u0130stanbul\u2019un merkezi noktalar\u0131nda 3+1 kiral\u0131k dairelerin ayl\u0131k ortalama kiras\u0131 30.000 TL ile 80.000 TL aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. \u015eehir merkezinden uzak noktalarda ise 20.000 TL ile 46.000 TL aras\u0131nda ayl\u0131k oranlar bulabilirsiniz.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130stanbul\u2019da emlak \u015firketleri y\u0131ll\u0131k kiradan %12 komisyon al\u0131yorlar ve bunu kirac\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcyor. Yani ayl\u0131k 10.000\u2019den bir daire tutarsan\u0131z, 12.000 TL emlak\u00e7\u0131 bedeli \u00f6demeniz gerekiyor. Emlak\u00e7\u0131lar bunu bir kira bedeli olarak alabiliyor. Bu \u015fekilde pazarl\u0131k yaparsan\u0131z 2.000 TL&#8217;de kar etmeniz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130stanbul\u2019da ev sahipleri \u00e7o\u011funlukla 1 kira depozito istiyor. Daha g\u00f6zde evler i\u00e7in 2 kira depozito istenebiliyor.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakliye \u00fccretleri ise metrekareye d\u00fc\u015fen e\u015fya miktar\u0131 ve mesafe \u00fczerinden hesaplan\u0131yor. O nedenle bu noktada detayl\u0131 hesap yapmak gerekiyor.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da ortalama kira bedelleri i\u00e7in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.numbeo.com\/cost-of-living\/in\/Istanbul\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Numbeo Nisan 2026 verileri<\/a>ne g\u00f6z at\u0131n.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130stanbul\u2019da Expat\u2019lara Uygun Semtler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Buraya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya gelenler (\u00f6zellikle beyaz yakalar) daha \u00e7ok hangi semtlerde ya\u015famay\u0131 tercih ediyor? Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma olanaklar\u0131 geni\u015f olan, ayn\u0131 zamanda sosyal aktivitelere de imkan tan\u0131yan semtler listenin zirvesinde. Peki, \u0130stanbul\u2019da maa\u015flar ne durumda? Ortalama maa\u015f skalas\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer \u015fehirlere oranla bir t\u0131k yukar\u0131da oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.
