Yetki belgesi nereden al\u0131n\u0131r?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unvan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi talep edildi\u011finde ilgili \u015firketin eski ve yeni unvanlar\u0131n\u0131n MERS\u0130S \u00fczerinden sorgulanarak olu\u015fturulan yetki belgesinde bulunmas\u0131 durumunda ba\u015fka bir belge aranmaks\u0131z\u0131n i\u015flem yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Yetki belgesinde eski unvan\u0131n bulunmuyorsa MERS\u0130S&#8217;te gerekli g\u00fcncellemenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in temsilciler, ilgili ticaret sicili m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne y\u00f6nlendiriliyor. Unvan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin MERS\u0130S&#8217;te g\u00fcncellenemedi\u011finin ilgili ticaret sicili m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce bildirilmesi durumunda de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi ve MERS\u0130S&#8217; ten al\u0131nan yetki belgesine g\u00f6re i\u015flem yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerince, MERS\u0130S\u2019te yetki belgesi g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden, herhangi bir yerden al\u0131nmas\u0131na gerek yoktur.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di\u011fer Merak Edilenler<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Tapu sicilinde ismim yanl\u0131\u015f yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Bu yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nas\u0131l d\u00fczeltebilirim?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapu ve Kadastro M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn Web Tapu sayfas\u0131ndan ya da Alo 181 Tapu ve Kadastro Hatt\u0131\u2019n\u0131 arayarak isim yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuruda bulunabilirsiniz.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Emlak Beyan De\u011feri belgesinin ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresi ne kadar?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin Emlak Beyan De\u011feri belgesini i\u015fleme alabilmesi i\u00e7in belgenin o y\u0131l i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekiyor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kaybetti\u011fim tapunun yenisini \u00e7\u0131kartmak istiyorum. Har\u00e7lar Kanunu 4 say\u0131l\u0131 Tarifenin 17. maddesi h\u00fckm\u00fc \u201c\u0130lgililerin iste\u011fi \u00fczerine gayrimenkullere ait verilecek kay\u0131t \u00f6rneklerinin her birisiyle \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak belge \u00f6rneklerinin her sayfas\u0131ndan (fotokopiler dahil 20,70 TL tapu harc\u0131 ile suret olarak verilen tapu senedi ve ipotek belgesi i\u00e7in y\u00f6resel katsay\u0131ya bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n belge ba\u015f\u0131na maktu olarak 78 TL) d\u00f6ner sermaye hizmet bedeli al\u0131n\u0131yor. Bu say\u0131lar 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle g\u00fcnceldir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Hangi nitelikli ta\u015f\u0131nmazlarda DASK zorunludur?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">634 say\u0131l\u0131 Kat M\u00fclkiyeti Kanunu kapsam\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcmler, tapuya kay\u0131tl\u0131 ve \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyete tabi gayrimenkuller \u00fczerinde mesken olarak in\u015fa edilmi\u015f binalar, bu binalar\u0131n i\u00e7inde yer al\u0131p ticarethane, b\u00fcro ve benzeri ama\u00e7larla kullan\u0131lan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerle do\u011fal afetler nedeniyle devlet taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan veya sa\u011flanan krediyle yap\u0131lan meskenler zorunlu deprem sigortas\u0131na tabidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gayrimenkul maliki veya intifa hakk\u0131 sahipleri zorunlu deprem sigortas\u0131ndan y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.
