Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Cancellation and refund terms may differ for each reservation. Please check the policy specific to your reservation before proceeding.
Cancellation Policy: Flexible
You can receive a full refund for reservations canceled up to 24 hours before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 24 hours before check-in are not eligible for a refund, except for the cleaning fee. Cancellations during the stay will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy: Standard
You can receive a full refund for reservations canceled up to 5 days before your check-in date. Cancellations within five days before check-in do not qualify for a refund, but the cleaning fee will be returned. Cancellations during the stay will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy: 14-Days
You can receive a full refund for reservations canceled up to 14 days before your check-in date. If you cancel within 14 days before check-in, no refund will be issued except for the cleaning fee. Cancellations during the stay will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy: 30-Days
You can receive a full refund for reservations canceled up to 30 days before your check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days before check-in are not refundable, except for the cleaning fee. Cancellations during the stay will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable
No cancellation rights are provided for these types of reservations. Therefore, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
